.. _chapter_planning: .. index:: Planning Planning ======== The planning is based on: #. :ref:`chapter_sprint` #. :ref:`chapter_jira` #. :ref:`chapter_workflow_processes` #. :ref:`chapter_project_tasks` #. :ref:`chapter_project_plan` .. index:: Sprint .. _chapter_sprint: Sprint ------ The :sprint_folder:`Sprint Folder<>` stores the sprint agenda, meeting minutes, and supporting artifacts. The delivery process is not a full `Scrum `_ implementation; selected Scrum practices are used. .. index:: Jira .. _chapter_jira: Jira ---- The agile work management tool :jira:`Jira<>` organises the open, ongoing and completed activities and their prioritisation. .. _chapter_workflow_processes: Workflow Processes ------------------ The :workflow_processes:`Workflow Processes Sheet<>` shows the relationship between the workflow processes, the partners involved and also the Python programs (see section :doc:`/development/development`). It describes the implementation of the different steps of the logistics workflow in Python programs and other customisation parts. It also contains the description of the processes. .. _chapter_project_tasks: Project Tasks ------------- The :project_tasks:`Project Tasks Sheet<>` contains all the relevant tasks of the project and their start and end dates, including resources. The sheet provides an overview of all the tasks required to successfully complete the project. .. _chapter_project_plan: Project Plan ------------ The :project_plan:`Project Plan Sheet<>` shows an aggregated view of the project's tasks based on the :project_tasks:`Project Tasks Sheet<>`. The sheet provides an overview of all relevant tasks in a time-based view. There are many links between the :project_tasks:`Project Tasks Sheet<>` and the :project_plan:`Project Plan Sheet<>` to avoid inconsistencies and double entries. There are also links to the :workflow_processes:`Workflow Processes Sheet<>` (see chapter :doc:`/workflow/workflow`). It is very important that the links between these sheets are correct. The three sheets are located in the :planning_folder:`Planning Folder<>`.
